Serac Solutions LLC (“Serac”, “we”, “us”) operates Serac Google Ads, a read-only tool for analyzing Google Ads accounts when authorized by the account owner or an authorized representative. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to contact@seracsolutionsllc.com.
Google user data we access
With your explicit OAuth authorization, the tool may access Google Ads account identifiers and advertising data such as campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, search terms, negative keywords, budgets, conversion settings, change history and performance metrics. The tool does not create, edit or publish Google Ads entities.
How we use Google user data
We use this data solely to provide the account analysis, reporting, diagnostics and recommendations requested by the authorized user. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling unrelated to the requested service, credit decisions or the training of general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Storage, security and retention
OAuth credentials are kept in access-restricted local configuration. Google Ads data is processed only for the requested analysis and may be retained in client reports or operational records when needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations or maintain an audit trail. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the service, when instructed by the authorized account owner, or when required by law. Service providers may process data only for the specified purpose and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Serac Google Ads' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may revoke the application's access at any time from your Google Account permissions. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal data associated with the service, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, applicable law or Google requirements. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.

By authorizing or using Serac Google Ads, you confirm that you are the Google Ads account owner or have permission to authorize access on the owner's behalf.
Service
The tool provides read-only analysis, diagnostics, reports and recommendations. It does not modify campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, billing, tracking or other account settings.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access accounts without authorization, interfere with its security or provide misleading ownership or permission information.
No guarantee
Recommendations are based on the data available at the time of analysis. Serac does not guarantee advertising performance, sales, leads, profits or uninterrupted availability of Google services.
Access and termination
You may revoke OAuth access at any time through your Google Account. Serac may suspend access when necessary to protect account security, comply with law or enforce these terms.
